Living House Tune Ups
Our services start with the Living House Tune-Up. This is when we come out to your house and visit with you for the very first time. Our tune-up service includes a high-level inspection of your home and routine maintenance work that "shores up the house” and makes it shine, once again. We bring it “up to snuff" by making your house a Happy Home!
Quarterly Home Health Monitoring
After the tune up, we continue our services by offering Quarterly Home Health Monitoring. This is a constant ongoing monitoring service for your home. We will check in on a quarterly basis and check things out. This protects your home by enabling us to discover and address minor issues early, before they turn in to major problems. This minimizes the risk of a major house breakdown or other common disaster.
"Handyman Habitat" 800 Number Hotline
What? Handymen live in a natural habitat? With the animals? No! But we sure like pretending that they do! "Handyman Habitat" is the fun name we gave to our call center. You can call there when ever you have a question about your home. An experienced handyperson will be happy to answer your general questions. Give give them a call!
Handyman Services, As Needed
We also offer Handyman Services, As Needed. This is a way for you to keep your house useful to you, in a way that works for you. We don’t try to sell you these services. We only do handyman work if you ask us to or if it is done as a part of the maintenance process.
No Up-Sells or Add-Ons.
Finally, we never up-sell or try to add-on unsolicited work. We keep the focus on your home’s health, not your homes cosmetic beauty. When we are working with you, we don’t ever "up-sell" or try to “add-on” something unsolicited. We also do not do cosmetic work. We focus on your home’s health the way your home currently looks. If you want improvements, look elsewhere.
